Sales Manager (m/f/d) European Project Market

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to expand our presence in the European project market, with a focus on carpet tiles and woven/tufted broadloom solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the European contract/project market
• Drive specification sales and ensure inclusion in tenders and design briefs
• Identify and manage project opportunities from early concept through completion
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, logistics) to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings

 
Profile

• Experience in flooring, interior, or building materials industry
• Knowledge of carpet tiles and/or woven and tufted carpet solutions
• Solid understanding of tender processes and project management
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
