Working in 2030

The world of work will change significantly by 2030. This is primarily due to digitalization, technological advances, global challenges, demographic change and changing values.

Traditional ways of working will dissolve and new trends such as lifelong learning, flexible working hours, hybrid working, cross-sector working and a stronger focus on resilience and mental health will become established. Artificial intelligence and automation will take over routine tasks, shifting the focus from knowledge to skills such as creativity, emotional intelligence, adaptability and interdisciplinary thinking.
