REFERENCE REPORT
Hotel Zur Post Seebad Bansin

This was the aim of Hamburg-based interior designer Heidi Hövermann…
… when furnishing the extension to Hotel zur Post on the peninsula of Usedom. The hotel, which was built around the turn of the century in a seaside resort style, is a faithfully and lovingly renovated complex of eight connected villas – all of which exude timeless elegance.
When building the extension, it was particularly important to demonstrate its place in the overall complex by means of consistent colors and materials.
Therefore, the two materials ANKER CARLTON and ANKER FAIR PLUS 1050 were chosen as carpets. The carpeting in the hallways and guest rooms matches the galleries and public areas in terms of expression and use of color – and comes in seemingly sensitive beige gold and terracotta tones.
The textile flooring in the gallery and main dining area (Restaurant Schloonsee), on the other hand, comes in sophisticated russet to match the hotel’s own colors.
