EXPO REAL 2025

10/2025

On October 6th, the first day of EXPO REAL 2025, we discussed exactly that—with those who bear responsibility and drive change.

Our Managing Director Mr. Zhou and Jerry Hu (Director of Operations) met with representatives from the City of Düren—Mayor Frank Peter Ullrich, Sebastian Eich (Personal Advisor to the Mayor), and Niels-Christian Schaffert (Technical Deputy for Planning and Construction)—as well as WIN.DN GmbH with Managing Director Winfried Kranz-Pitre and Kim Nico Hermann (Head of Construction Projects).

At the heart of the exchange: structural transformation and project development in the city region. How do we collectively shape the future of the construction industry? What responsibility do we bear for the sustainable development of our region and beyond?
These questions drive us and are reflected in our commitment at the fair: for the third consecutive year, ANKER is sponsoring the transform & beyond Lounge, underlining our role as an active shaper of the industry's future. Our AI expert Laurine Völz also presents on "Campus of Competences—A Future Vision of the Office, Driven by AI," exploring how artificial intelligence is shaping tomorrow's world of work. The white paper can be downloaded here: ANKER carpets: Campus of Competences.

For ANKER, the future means more than innovation – it's about regional and cross-regional responsibility, the courage to break new ground, and the conviction that standing still is not an option.

We are ready to actively shape this path. Are you?
