Hemicycle – European Convention Center Luxembourg

… and where a piece of European history has been written: the Plenary Hall (Hemicycle) in the European Convention Center in Luxembourg.

At the same time, it is a place where, in keeping with this, an ANKER carpet, which can also look back on a long history, now reliably performs its service. The history of the European Union has one of its roots above all in little Luxembourg, which is one of the founding members of the State Union. This is one reason why the capital of the Grand Duchy has served as the location of various European institutions since the 1950s and, alongside Strasbourg and Brussels, is the seat of the European Parliament.

The Parliament is located in the European Conference Center, Luxembourg. The plenary chamber, the so-called hemicycle, has 646 seats and 169 additional seats in the grandstands.
