REFERENCE REPORT
K+S Aktiengesellschaft Kassel

Products for life – that could be the motto of K+S AG from Kassel.
The company mainly produces mineral products made from salt or potash salt, which are used in agriculture as fertilizer, as food or in the medicine or pharmaceutical industry.
Without K+S AG, the proverbial ‘icing on the cake’ would be missing in many places. And thus a key ingredient that ensures the right taste. The stock exchange company has also demonstrated this in the architecture of its administration building. PEP from ANKER played an important role in the interior and floor design.
K+S: These letters stand for the two minerals, potash and salt (in German), that have made the company of the same name great. The history of the listed public limited company goes back to the 19th century, when miners discovered the first potash deposits in Germany and harnessed this valuable mineral as an important basis for fertilizer production.
Today, it is hard if not impossible to imagine many areas of daily life without K+S AG products. To produce them, the company employs a total of around 11,000 people at a total of 50 locations around the globe.
