REFERENCE REPORT
PFM AG Cologne

Attractive, minimalist and visually independent.
This is what industrial company pfm medical expected from its ANKER carpet. For its newly built conference center and the renovation of some parts of its existing buildings, the medical devices manufacturer settled on the LAVA material, which won the ‘red dot: product design 2007’ award.
Particularly worthy of recognition is the innovative production method used for LAVA, with straight and offset loops combined in a single product for the very first time. Alongside this skilful intermingling of stand-alone textures, the unique overall appearance of the LAVA collection is defined by a fascinating material blend.
Spun Anker woollen yarn from Rhodia meets matching endless yarn from Invista (Antron Excel). The result? The surface, which is otherwise reduced to pure textures, is lent a fascinating and sophisticated look that gives the office and conference suites of pfm medical AG a special something.
