… with the choice of property for its new headquarters in the heart of Nordhorn. The interior design of the newly designed rooms is also more than impressive. Also involved: AREA STRUCTURE by ANKER.

It is an urban development project that the people of Nordhorn have been pur­suing for many years and which has now become reality with the opening of the Zierlelyn building at the “Schweinemarkt” in September 2020.

The aim was to create a connection between the shopping center and the city center along the banks of the Vechte River, which inte­grates harmoniously into the existing cityscape and at the same time sets up modern architectural points.

The newly constructed Zierlelyn building forms a striking cornerstone that will from now on impressively shape the face of Nordhorn’s city center as a real eye-catcher. Conveniently and centrally located, a five-storey complex with a floor area of 4,000 m² has been built here. In addition to a larger retail space on the ground floor and different residential units on the two upper floors, it also has various prestigious office spaces.
