REFERENCE REPORT
Sparkasse Markgräflerland Weil am Rhein

In the new service center of Sparkasse Markgräflerland in Weil on the Rhine, the special role that carpeting plays in long-term New Work environments becomes clear …
… the floor covering is not a supporting detail of the room concept, but an explicitly colorful and creative element. And what could be better suited to this than PERLON RIPS LCS from ANKER – the classic textile floor covering?
The new headquarters of the savings bank presents itself in a restrained yet self-confident manner, which on the one hand had to fit into the structure of existing residential buildings, but at the same time had to be appropriately representative. With the new four-story building, the architects from LRO have designed a modern, cuboid building that responds to the various urban planning conditions and yet stands out. With its light-colored brick façade, the building corresponds with the neighboring buildings and also creates a connection to the nearby green spaces with its inner courtyard and green roof.
